« Called to see if we could check in a hour early before the event we had to attend, person stated for sure. We arrived and staff said give us 30 min and came back and staff stated give me another 30 min. 2 hours later we finally got in our room. Ended up being late to our event. Bed sheets were still wet from not being dried long enough. In all poor service. »

« NO HOUSEKEEPING!! Took multiple unanswered calls and then had to take a written list of items we were out of to the front desk. We ran out of toilet paper and soap, needed garbage bags, cups, towels. Front desk staff were nice but unhelpful. Kept saying they would have housekeeping come to our room. We were there 6 days and they came on the last day. Breakfast stocking was poor during the weekend with one staff member. Room at least was clean, but tub did not hold water for kid's bath. ...

« This hotel was OK. Don't set your expectations too high. The room smelled weird, the sheets were stained, you couldn't stream on the TV, the bathroom was not very clean and the toilet was LOUD. Breakfast was fine - it was a free hotel breakfast. The pool was also fine, my kiddo was happy. For a night or two it did the trick. I don't think we'll be staying there again though. »
